Vice President
Scott is a licensed Cosmetologist, Barber,
and Instructor in the State of Missouri. He is
passionate about education in the Cosmetology
Industry and served in it for 19 years with Merrell
University. He is a past President of MACS,
Current Director of Admissions/Co-Owner with
Merrell University. “Growing up in this industry,
I learned how valuable MACS is to preserving
the professionalism of the Cosmetology Industry.
” He is also a member of MACS state legislative
committee.
